The cosmic microwave background radiation existing in the whole universe is a kind of electromagnetic radiation. Generally, we think that the radiation value is a constant of 2.73 K, but in fact, the intensity of cosmic microwave background radiation of different objects in the universe is not a uniform value, but if we regard it as a constant, which will inevitably bring some effects on passive microwave remote sensing data processing. So the research of the effect of the cosmic microwave background radiation on passive microwave remote sensing is requested. This article mainly introduced the cosmic microwave background radiation data and the corresponding images, including the Planck high and low frequency data processing and their respective corresponding images, the L-band data and the corresponding images, and makes a comparison between aquarius data and smos data about the cosmic microwave background radiation. This article mainly makes SMOS-L1 A data processing as an example for the influence of the cosmic microwave background radiation on the passive microwave remote sensing, It is mainly throught comparing bright temperature inversion image before not eliminating the influence of the cosmic background temperature with that after the cosmic background temperature is removed, throught which to illustrate the influence of the cosmic microwave background radiation on the passive microwave remote sensing. Thought comparing the bright temperature inversion image of the SMOS-L1 A data before and after eliminating the influence of the cosmic background temperature with the standard image which the SMOS gives,we concluded that, the effect is more better after the influence of the sun, the moon and the cosmic microwave background radioation is removed. It also illustrates that the effect of the cosmic microwave background radiation on the passive microwave remote sensing should not be ignored.
