Seawater hydraulic buoyancy regulation is the best way to submersible buoyancy adjustable,and the buoyancy adjustment valve manifold is the key components of the seawater hydraulic buoyancy regulating system. Buoyancy adjustment valve manifold including shut-off valve, safety valve and pressure balance valve, which works by switched the valve's on/off state and logical combinations to achieve the status of drainage and hydraulic injection. This article is faced to the 8000 meters deep sea submersible buoyancy control system, the technical difficulties such as the high pressure seal, system integration, high-pressure deformation and flow channel flow resistance are the main problem to be solved, and a prototype of ultra-high pressure buoyancy adjustment system integrated valve manifold is developed.This paper first proposes the overall program and performance index of the integrated valve manifolds which base on the principle of the integration valve manifold. The sealing technical difficulties of the shut-off valve, balance valve and valve pressure is solved and the key structural parameters is design and verification. While the overall integrated optimization of the valve which includes internal flow channel and the external interface design is completed base on the connection relationship between the integrated valve.Pressure analyzed is done which facing to the large depth work environment, the different conditions of stress state of the valve is draw by finite element tool under 80 MPa pressure, and valve structure has been optimized based on the principle of light, small size, low weight.The simulation of different integrated valve runner and the typical structure which compose the runner is completed by using the fluid simulation software, and the flow channel structure is optimized to improve by the results of the simulation, which reduce the flow resistance from 0.036 MPa to 0.024 MPa.A ultrahigh-pressure integrate valve manifold prototype is developed and a test platform for integrated valve land bench is build,the pressure which test on the land bench is reach on 80 MPa,and the integrated valve manifold is improved base on the results of the test. At the same time the analysis is verification and the feasibility of the integrated valve is test by the experimental.
