Water resources is the foundation of human survival and development, because of groundwater resources to the characteristics of the pollution of water is relatively stable, not easily occupy the important position in the water, the social and economic sustainable development has important strategic significance.So for correct and reasonable evaluation of groundwater resources is the foundation of scientific development and utilization of groundwater resources, as well as government departments in formulating the development and utilization of water resources planning and management to provide some reference.Xin gan it in Jiangxi province, north, near the Gan river, the degree of development and utilization of groundwater resources is relatively low.From Xin gan groundwater resources development use present situation, this paper based on the sustainable utilization of groundwater resources, to the town of Xin gan Oceania water water source for the study area, after the data collection and field data acquisition, and through the test, the high density resistivity method for geophysical prospecting methods analyzed Xin gan hydrogeological conditions in the town of Oceania.And water balance theory to analyze the relationship between recharge and discharge of the groundwater resources, to calculate the area of groundwater recharge,discharge, and storage, with Wells exploitation coefficient method and average method to calculate the groundwater in the study area can be mined, as well as the quality and quantity of groundwater resources in the study area has carried on the comprehensive evaluation.On the basis of the balance evaluation of target aquifer using MDOFLOW model and numerical simulation, establishing simulation area hydrogeology conceptual model, parameters of simulation area partition and the processing of source term, after using the identification and validation of model to simulate the water level dynamic forecast for the future of the study area, and to evaluate its effect.Finally in the region of groundwater resource, put forward reasonable Suggestions for the town of Xin gan Oceania provide basis forcomprehensive utilization of water resources and sustainable development.
