The Research On Financial Management System Of Corporation Subsidiaries In Enterprise Group

The enterprises and groups in China have been guided by theories in practice,formed respective systematic modes of financial management,and come to the conclusion that an integrated financial management system in which moderate centralization and decentralization of power are among the group headquarters and the subsidiaries should be applied.However,in reality the choice of this financial management system which seems to be scientific,supported by theories,and in accordance with the case of the group,in most cases turns out to be a failure in the partial management of many subsidiaries while practiced.As a result,the thesis focuses on how to deepen the systematic modes of financial management among various levels within a group from the bottom to the top,in order to perfect the financial power allocation system in enterprises and groups to improving resource allocation efficiency.Through the background of enterprises and groups and concerned works and research, the thesis discovers the existing theoretical researches’ shortages and aspects to be improved,therefore from the perspective of subsidiaries of the enterprises and groups,the following content is discussed according to the principles of the system.First,based on the comprehension of the concerned works,the meaning of the financial management system of subsidiaries of the enterprises and groups is defined,therefore the particularity that is different from the enterprises and groups and influencing factors of it is researched.Second, the content and classification of the financial management system of subsidiaries of the enterprises and groups,difference and influence for the financial power allocation of legal form between subsidiary and branch is stated,several principles that the financial management system of subsidiaries of the enterprises and groups is supposed to follow are put forward,the particularity of power plants enterprise and the background of power plants enterprises and groups is stated in the thesis.Third,from the perspective of the subsidiaries,four subentry elements concerning financial management system are selected to research on the concrete collocation of financial power among various levels:financial agencies,financial persons responsible,and the management system of investment, financing and cash finances,therefore setting a power group as the background,to research on the concrete collocation of financial power among various levels and the mechanism of operation guarantee is researched including overall budget management and internal control.Through the research of the financial management system of subsidiaries of the enterprises and groups,further perfects the financial power allocation system in enterprises and groups and helpful to improve resource allocation efficiency.
