During my studying on master degree, I have a chance to join an organic food company. Ant there’ is a question always in my heart that it is so frequently of exploring about food security in China,chinese public are feeling anxious about what they can eat.However,as an international popular industry ,organic food industry developed unsmoothly in China. Companies in this industry are colsed or in the hot water.I think it is necessary to study on the market opportunities and risks of Chinese organic foos industry. Based on what I knew in acctually experience inthis industry I choosed to study on organic food industry of China.This article analyses develpoment of international and Chinese organic food industry based on author’s experiences in this field.Basiclly,chinese organic food industry is almost completely, but it is unbalance,such as,more productor but fewer saler;more certification organizations,but fewer instution;more original product,but fewer manufactured producting ;more single product,but fewer complicated product;more famer,but fewer breeder.According to the studyies, there is the highest opportunities and highest risks in the chain of sales market. But it will be the best chance to invest in this chain after 3 or 5 years later.According to the studyies, there is the opportunities and risks in the chain of production market. The mainly investment direction is on planting, breeding, complicated production and manufactured producting.According to the studyies,the opportunities and risks in the chain of trading market is lowest. Investors who is not able to catch the right invest time should start from this chain, and keep on focusing on development of this industry. Based on the actually situation, investors can transfer to the other two chains step by step.
