How to improve the level of incentive pay state-owned enterprises, effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, and promote the development of state-owned enterprises, which is an important direction we study. How to build a market-based incentive compensation model is an important issue before us is.This article studies the state-owned enterprises in incentive pay, through research Quanzhou SOEs performance salary incentives and results, including the introduction of contrast type and management type of business, as well as change management are operating type defects, etc., through a series of articles discussing the conclusions drawn. Firstly, at the beginning of the current status of state-owned enterprises pay the narrative research, purpose of the study has significance, and set out a number of domestic and international payment incentives results; then, the paper before and after the implementation of state-owned enterprises in Quanzhou operation management mode comparison, before and after the difference between the two salary incentives, mainly through the analysis of covariance and the main cause analysis method to build an enterprise level performance evaluation equation, the level of performance of state-owned enterprises in Quanzhou comprehensive evaluation.
