| Industrial structure and employment structure are interrelated with each other, and their influences are mutual. Irrational employment structure is bound to affect the adjustment of industrial structure, and irrational industrial structure in turn hinder economic development to a higher level. Therefore, a reasonable industrial structure and employment policy are very important and necessary. And to develop reasonable and effective industrial structure and employment structure policy requires an understa nding of the relationship between changes in the industrial structure and employment structure.As a major economic and populous province, with the coordination of the rapid growth of the economy, the coordination of Guangdong’s industrial structure and employment structure is one of the most prominent problems. For a detailed study of the relationship between adjustment in the industrial structure and changes in employment structure in Guangdong, in this paper, the theory of labor economics and industrial economics is used. Based on the data in 2000--2014 years, I use the econometric methods to study the relationship between the industrial structure and employment structure. In addition, I also used the input-output tables of 2007 and 2012 in Guangdong to analyze the relationship of employment structure and industrial structure analysis respectively, in order to describe the evolution of industrial structure and employment structure and the relationship of them. And I will provide some references for the industrial structure and employment structure in Guangdong for further adjustment and optimization. This paper argues that changes in the industrial structure adjustment and employment structure in Guangzhou province presented on the same overall trend, but uncoordinated development. Employment structure lags behind the development of the industrial structure to change. |
