Research On Corporate Culture Innovation Of BW Company

Corporate culture, as one of the key success factors, constitutes one part of enterprise core-competitiveness. It is essential to the realization of corporate vision and strategic goals.Based on the basic ideas of corporate culture management, this article aims to diagnose,evaluate, extract and rebuild the culture of BW, taking into account its corporate vision,strategy and operation objectives, in order to deal with problems that arise from the construction of the corporate culture of BW company and build a corporate culture that is scientific, systemic and will provide energy for company development on a lasting basis.The design and implementation of the reconstruction of BW′s corporate culture is based on the findings of related theoretic studies, taking into account its internal and external environment, industry characteristics and corporate organization and future objectives. This article can serve the purpose of improving BW′s core competitiveness and long-term development. It also has huge implications on the culture construction for other small and medium-sized enterprises with similar backgrounds. This article mainly focuses on the reconstruction of BW′s corporate culture and its effectiveness through the comparison between BW′s different approaches to rebuild culture and related articles on corporate culture rebuilding of small and medium-sized enterprises.The study finds out that the corporate culture of BW company is no longer suitable to its development, for reasons listed as below: the lagging of the construction of corporate culture to company development, disjointed core idea of culture to its strategy, unsystematic, chaotic definition of corporate culture, lack of necessary attention from management, lack of necessary organizational and institutional support. So, this article tries to diagnose, evaluate,extract, and, based on the four levels of corporate culture: spirit level, organizational level,behavioral level and material level, rebuild BW′s culture. It details the protecting system,implementation plan and concrete measures of the reconstruction of the culture of BW, so that we can rebuild it, and systemically implement it for the purpose of BW′s development.
