With the development and popularization of QQ space, SNS social networking sites, blog, micro-blogging, micro-channel, APP and other, since the self- media age has come, are engaging in various sectors of society penetration,it makes the traditional media are gradually replaced.Self-media solve the past problem of asymmetric information,and can collect consumer information by the client,analysis the characteristics of consumer to precision marketing,then meet the diverse and professional of consumer needs.Under the mode of self-media, consumers are no longer requires only a product, but also needs the personalized and professional service brings by products.Our baby products business self-media marketing is in its early stages, is currently in the process of practice, there are still many problems.Can respond to the challenges, to mature, the key is able to keep pace with the times, the implementation of appropriate strategies.Firstly, This text through reading and analyzing a large number of domestic and foreign literature, its based on the research of self-media theory and consumer behavior theory, analyzing the self-media marketing situation of baby products business, pointed out the existing problems,Including self media marketing model is still groping、self-media marketing try short、lack of perfect customer service system、improper using the self-media marketing strategies;Secondly,Using the analysis of literature to identify influence factors of self-media on the purchase intention of baby products,building models and hypotheses, using the questionnaire to survey the impact indicators of each variable factors, mainly used Likert scale to representation;Again,for the collected data of survey questionnaire is using quantitative statistical analysis by SPSS,using quantitative method to study the influencing factors on baby products purchase intention of impact, and test hypotheses;Finally, based on the above analysis,combined with the 4P theory,4R theory and 4S theory,diversified professional services marketing, exceeding customer expectations word of mouth marketing, mutual trust emotional marketing,personalized creative content marketing,presenting real-time interactive circles marketing, based on large data precision marketing, and other self-media marketing strategy of baby products business.
