And through cluster analysis by agricultural science and technology competitiveness of cities divided into four categories according to similarity. The results show that: the level of cities in Gansu province agricultural science and technology competitiveness, comprehensive level of economic development in the region agricultural economy presents the positive correlation, and interval level of agricultural science and technology development around the gap is larger, But the momentum of improvement and development should not be overlooked.Finally, the proposed Gansu province in agricultural science and technology to enhance the overall level of competitiveness in the process, leading to rely on the agricultural industry, regional characteristics, local conditions balanced development.
