A Coal Enterprise Ecology Responsibility Study Based On The View Of Environmental Protection

In some relevant essential policy statements from the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteen, ecological civilizational construction had been given a systematical confirmation and historical position. It is a strategic mission for the whole party and country and various of industries, and further, a historical issue and practical task for the coal industry to put the ecological civilizational construction in the prominent position.This paper initiated application study around how to enhance the coal enterprises’ CSR.Based on the study from experts and scholars, this paper started with Chinese ecological environmental crisis and analyzed the ecological environmental problems existed in coal enterprises, and then discussed the necessity; According to the study on the situation of the coal enterprises’ performance on ecological responsibility, this paper analyzed the coal enterprise to ecological responsibility of drivers,which include driving factors and negative driving factors.Established the evaluation index system of coal enterprise’s ecological responsibility, and through the index system of ecological responsibility is evaluated on different sizes of enterprises, including security responsibility ecological resources responsibility three secondary indexes, nine tertiary indicators, and uses the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) for weighting.According to the index system to evaluate different size of coal enterprises. Because some data not available, the paper will be substituted by industry average data. To the coal enterprise’s ecological responsibility to evaluate ultimate aim is to strengthen the coal enterprise performance of the ecological responsibility. Finally, this paper proposed a few approaches to enhance coal enterprises’ performance on ecological responsibility separately from governmental, social and company level.
