Research Of Performance Management About MZ Logistics Company

As the speedy development of the global economy, optimizing the enterprises internal performance management has became an important method to enhance competitiveness. To build up an effective performance management system could make their employee get a better performance and helpful for the strategic target of company achieved.The MZ Logistics Company which is small and medium-sized enterprises, was selected as the research object in this article.
