Social organization is the inevitable result of market economy development. Agricultural civilization created the government and households. Industrial civilization has created company organization form. Companies create wealth by using the method of market. Later, the government can not solve a lot of social problems, so the government. Then the fourth groups come which are called the social organizations. It is both theoretical and practical significance for us to estimate the influence of peasant’s informal organization to peasant’s income and their behavior scientifically, it not only can help us to clearly grasp the actuality development of peasant’s informal organization of our country, but also can provide suggestions to the further development of peasant’s informal organization of our country. The thesis first introduces the research literature on informal organizations both in China and abroad, and then establishes a frame for empirical research and analysis of rural informal organizations’ influence on farmers’ income. Taking the waxberry industry in Cixi City as object, it studies rural informal organizations’ influence on waxberry planters’ income and the actual effect of various services provided by the organizations to their members, by making a contrast analysis between participants and nonparticipants on the aspects of individual profile, planting situation, planting cost, and income difference, and using an econometric model. Finally, it proposes some specific suggestions based on the results of above analysis. The conclusions of this thesis are:The conclusions the author hopes to get are:(1) the rural informal organizations can not only help farmers to broaden sales channels and enrich sales ways, but also to a certain extent, make up for the problems that the government can’t solve and the limitations that the farmers themselves are hard to break through; such kind of organizations need more popularity among farmers. Informal organizations need to have more close connect with members of the organization; only with the interests of the common goal, can they have more cohesive force, thus forming a kind of internal binding;(2)The difference in interior function and structure between peasant’ s informal organizations lead to different income-increasing performance. Whether a peasant’s informal organization is successful depends on whether its service items can meet members’ requirement.(3) Not all services provided by the informal organization can have a positive impact on farmers; the services provided by the different informal organizations and the degrees of organization specification are different, so the influence of the informal organization on increasing farmers’ income is also different. The services that are consistent with farmers’ own needs has a direct effect on increasing farmers’ income; and those services that are not associated with farmers’ demand have the limited influence to increase farmers’ income, and will even produce adverse effect and limits on organization members, requiring the role of the farmers’ decision-making within the organization, and purposefully reducing some services that do not have a positive effect;(4) it shall play a role of local government’s positive guidance. According to China’s specific national conditions, this kind of organizations can not fully realize liberalization or market, and still needs support and guidance of the government, taking the combination of government driving and farmers self-organization. To manage rural informal organizations, it is not necessary to make the organizations as formal organizations with regularized management. Once these informal organizations become formalized, they are unavoidably influenced by bureaucracy, making loss of the former superiority. According to the characteristics of the informal organizations respectively, the country can understand superiority of its operation mode, develop sound relevant policies and provide positive guidance; in addition, it shall protect and support some informal organizations with positive significance, technically send relevant technical personnel to conduct on-site guidance and training; to a certain extent, the country can give appropriate subsidies to help the healthy and orderly sustainable development.
