The rapid development in science and technology today leads to the popularity of Internet technology. For example, the "Big Data", "CloudComputing" platform through the Internet and other information technology services in the traditional financial institutions. China’s financial industry has gradually entered the Internet era. Current Internet technology to permeate all aspects of financial services, but also contains a number of risks, such as liquidity risk, credit risk.With similar shadow banking, the Internet also has a financial risk maturity mismatches, if not effectively monitor, may bring significant potential risks in our financial system.2013 the State Council issued the "on the strengthening of the shadow banking regulatory issues related to notice." Notice of the scope of shadow banking has defined the Internet will also be included among the financial, but also raised the risk of shadow banking regulatory requirements. Overall, due to the current risk of a lack of clear understanding of Internet banking, financial regulation of the Internet is also not form a system, so the impact on China’s financial system is not clear. This article from the Internet financial exhibited characteristics of view, the Internet bank as part of the shadow of financial analysis. Risk-based perspective shadow banking, financial risk analysis of Internet presence, and finally put forward some countermeasures.This paper consists of six parts: The first chapter is the introduction.It introduces the research background and significance of this article and possible innovation of this paper.
