Port marine industry is an integral part, because due to the development of science and technology to enhance the social and economic function of the port also will be changed in many aspects. In the previous "handling storage" activity as a basis, the port has now become an important regional economic development based on the local, logistics, port industry and the like, have risen to the "pillar industry" country, region, city. Therefore, to a large extent,the development of the port industry to promote the development of a country’s economy.Unfortunately, the study of the port industry, Chinese scholars mainly in strategic and financial management of its research, in particular the lack of research on the performance of the main micro port enterprises finance. In this paper, China’s port industry representatives listed companies as the financial performance of the port industry study found that Chinese ports will help the listed companies in the problems, help to understand the entire port industry, industry development, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of port industry force.From the perspective of theoretical analysis and empirical research on Chinese listed port company’s performance analysis and evaluation. The article first describes the relevant theories and domestic scholars and foreign enterprises operating performance evaluation of the development of the port industry research status, and analyzes the China’s port industry and port development of listed companies and problems. Secondly, the article profited from the former financial performance evaluation system based on the profitability, solvency,growth ability, capacity development and capacity of port operations in five areas to build financial performance evaluation system. Finally, the use of principal component analysis and factor analysis combining SPSS software for our financial performance in 2014 of Port 16 listed companies empirical analysis, the 16 ports Listed Companies Ranking, and on this basis put forward to improve our port a number of measures of financial performance.Research shows that in 2014 the consolidated financial performance of listed companies in China’s port is not ideal, security and management capabilities enterprise financial performance is the most critical factors, China’s port company’s overall security and management capabilities are weak. Corresponding to each company to improve performance measures should be found according to their own financial weaknesses.
