With the remarkable development of the Internet technology, we meet the arrival of Web2.0 era. Social Network Service(SNS), which is established on the basis of the theory of Six Degrees of Separation, has opened up a new mode of recruitment. More accurate, more efficient and lower cost in recruitment by using SNS are all achievable goals. Now more and more companies start to use SNS to find the perfect employees, how to improve the effectiveness of recruitment has become an urgent problem.Based on the review and analysis the relevant literatures, we build a research model of the factors which affect enterprise SNS recruitment effectiveness, and the model is divided into 2 parts: the enterprise and the SNS platform. The questionnaires should be given to the one who using SNS to find a job and the one who using the SNS to find outstanding talents through SOJUMP. After we got the data feedback from the target group, we use the software SPSS18.0 to analyze the data. The conclusions are as follows:(1) The results from the perspective of corporate recruiters and job seekers are exactly the same about the factors which influences the effectiveness SNS recruitment in the aspect of enterprise. The factors in the aspect of enterprise have significant and positive influence on SNS recruitment effectiveness and from strong to week are: the ability of recruiters, hiring information design, enterprise brand image, employee participation, and recruitment platform choice.(2) The results from the perspective of corporate recruiters and job seekers are not all the same about the factors which influences the effectiveness SNS recruitment in the aspect of SNS platform. Though there is no agreement on the impact strength, the SNS platform characteristics & image, the quality of service provide by SNS platform also have significant positive influence on SNS recruitment effectiveness.In order to provide some beneficial reference for enterprises to carry out SNS recruitment, in the end of this paper, we put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures from the enterprise, SNS platform respectively.
