With the rapid development and wide application of a new round of global networking,,a new generation of mobile Internet, cloud computing and other information technology, a time of intelligent development in tourism industry was coming, and the wisdom tourism is rapidly developed in China., becoming the main trend for tourism industry in our country at present and in the future for a long time. Non material cultural her itage is the precious tourism resources, and the development of intangible cultural heritage tourism is indispensable part in the system of tourism development in our country. The informationizat ion of intangible cultural heritage tourism should become one part of the overall wisdom tourism development and system construction. However, non-heritage its own characteristics, and the basic conditions that wisdom tourism depend on the development of urban determines the informationizat ion of intangible cultural heritage tourism needs to go digitizing stage first, instead of directly into the wisdom stage.So, this paper has done the following research on digital tourism intangible cultural heritage to explore how non-digital herit age tourism to build, and to solve the non-genetic problems in tourism development as the main target: first of all, based on the characteristics of the intangible cultural heritage tourism and tourism digital concept, we definite the concept of digital her itage tourism. Then proceed from central Tarim area of the intangible cultural heritage tourism development, explore problems on the development of intangible cultural heritage tourism. Based on the truth of the intangible cultural her itage tourism development, extracted from the ring of Tarim area digital cultural heritage tourism theory frame and construction scheme. Subsequently, taking Aksu area as an example, proposed conforms to the Aksu area of digital cultural heritage tourism development strategy, according to the actual situation of the digital cultural heritage tourism construction.Thesis research clarifies the relat ionship between intangible cultural heritage tourism digitalizat ion and the wisdom of tourism, extract a theory frame and construction scheme of digital cultural her itage tourism on the background of wisdom tourism development.
