Analysis And Evaluation Of China’s Renewable Energy Industry Development Capacity

Renewable energy has many advantages, including environmental protection, green, low carbon, energy saving and so on. Under the dual pressures of energy scarcity and environmental governance, China will promote the development of renewable energy industry to the national strategy. In recent years, with the support of the government and international community, has seen a rapid development of China’s renewable energy industry, however, the problem of industrial developmentstill exist, in particular in the technical lag, costissues, renewable energy pricing, etc. Therefore, in the current environment, a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the development capacity of China’s renewable energy industry is very important.At the first part of this paper are discussed the present situation of the development of China’s renewable energy industry, summarized and analyzed the influencing factors of China’s renewable energy industry development, based on the level of resources, technical background, market demand, personnel factors, economic benefits, policy support was constructed the comprehensive evaluation index system of China’s renewable energy industry development capacity, than by collecting the data from the questionnaires to the experts, the method of layer analysis is used to determine the weights of the first and two indexes, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make a comprehensive evaluation on the development capacity of China’s renewable energy industry。The data used in this paper are from statistical data published by the National Bureau of statistics of China. The empirical analysis results of this paper: technical factor is the main limiting factor for the development of China’s renewable energy industry. Under condition of continuously growing competition to make the advantage of the technology would be the key to the development of renewable energy industry.Market factors on the development of renewable energy industry influence will be with the continuous advance of the pace of China’s renewable energy industry development and utilization, market participants increase rapidly, increasingly fierce competition is increasingly prominent. The future development of China renewable energy industry should pay attention to the cultivation of talents, and to give full play to the role of policy support.
