| Telecommunications regulation refers to the government through the relevant telecoms regulator according to the national laws and regulations, to stabilize the telecom market operation order, safeguarding the communication as the communication rights of the user, to monitor communications operators of marketing process. Since the reform and opening, especially after the wto accession, the market-oriented reforms in China’s telecommunications telecommunications regulation mechanism is also gradually improve. However, with the rapid development of the telecommunications industry, the new situation appear constantly, the Chinese telecommunication regulation has not adapt to the development of the market demand.
