The Analysis Of Evolution Course About Willingness Of Economic Cooperation In The Northeast Asia

With the deepening of economic globalization, international regional economic cooperation has become the inevitable trend of historical development. It not only promotes the economic relations between the countries, but also accelerates the rapid development of the world’s economy. Northeast Asia economic cooperation is a kind of international regional economic cooperation, which is helpful to promote the development of regional economy in Northeast Asia, and to facilitate the development of bilateral and multilateral economic cooperation in the Asia Pacific region. The regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia has potential, but in fact it is relatively backward.The development of economic cooperation in Northeast Asia and the development of regional economic cooperation can not be separated from the market mechanism,the level of economic development and basic national conditions. These conditions are determined by the behavior of the nation.To study the behavior will help us to find out the factors that hinder the economic development of Northeast Asia, and promote the regional economic development. From the perspective of behavioral economics, the key factors that determine the behavior of the national cooperation are the cooperation intention. Therefore, this article will find out the key factors that hinder the economic development through the study of the evolution of the national willingness of the Northeast Asian economic cooperation.The national willingness of regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia is composed of three parts, which is the inherent cooperation intention,the willingness of economic cooperation and influence willingness. Economic cooperation in Northeast Asia is characterized by complex internal logic, non-linear and instability. Therefore, through it cites a model of continuous view evolution in complex networks, this paper puts forward the willingness evolution model of regional economic cooperation.Then gets the key factors.The core factor is the trust of the nation,the economic dependence among them,their research and innovation of nation and the pace of economic development. The above analysis is carried out in the way of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the research provides an important theoretical basis of the Northeast Asia economic cooperation.
