Research On Development Pattern And Policy Selection Of Cloud Computing Economy From The Perspective Of Business Ecology

With the rapid development of information technology, computing begins to shift from stand-alone computer to the Internetafter the mainframe computer after turning a personal computer,the concept of Cloud Computingwas put forward.Its business model whichcommercializesIT resource can not only reduce IT costs for users, but also improve the utilization efficiency of IT resource greatly, and reduce IT energy consumption, so Cloud Computing develops quickly, and it is also applied across large areas at present. But former studies seldom take the development pattern and development strategies of Cloud Computing Economy into consideration, so this thesis goes into development selection and strategies selection of Cloud Computing Economy from the perspective of business ecology.Firstly, related research background and significance are elaborated. Then based on several relevant concepts and literature review, four aspects are proposed as the foundations to make a development pattern selection decision, they are the characteristics of Cloud Computing Economy, influence factors in the Cloud Computing Economy ecosystem, the particular stage in the life cycle and the characteristics of resource in objective environment. Then,in turn, analyze the the four aspects above according to the relevant theories respectively.Based on the relevant theory of network economy and business ecosystem, the economic features of Cloud Computing and Cloud Computing economic business ecosystemare analyzed,andCloud Computing economic business ecosystem structure model is established.Analysis thefactors which can affect Cloud Computing economic development inCloud Computing ecosystem, and divide these influencing factors into external driving factors and internal driving factors.Then, collect datathrough the online questionnaire survey, then use statistical software SPSS19.0and SmartPLS2.0to research the influencemechanism of influence factors on the Cloud Computing economydevelopment empirically.Put forward in the Logistic growth equation of cluster theory to judgeCloud Computing economy development stage, the Logistic equation of Cloud Computing economy scale under the perspective of ecology is establishedbased on the characteristics of Cloud Computing economy and influence mechanism of influence factors to Cloud Computing economy. It puts forward an exponential function to show the correction between the industry size and growth of a time-varying term Logistic growth equation, and set the Cloud Computing marginal economic scale as the basis to judge the economic development of the Cloud Computing stage.Then,set the influence factors as the indicatorsto judge the resourcecharacteristics of regional environment, anddetermine the characteristics of the objective environmentby comparing the influence power of external factors driving force and core of ecological system internal driving forces toCloud Computing economy development,. Based on the research results of the second chapter, the third chapter shows us the process of development pattern selection and which pattern should be chosen in different conditions. Then the next chapter proposes a new development strategy selection method with taking all the characteristics of Cloud Computing Economy, all influence factors in the Cloud Computing Economy ecosystem, the particular stage in the life cycle, the the characteristics of objective environment and the development pattern into consideration synthetically, then name their common factors as the key factors to make corresponding strategies. Itcan not only make up the inadequate aspects inadequate aspects of modern management influencing factors in decision theory, but also reduce the impact of industry life cycle to industrial development policy selection, improve the comprehensiveness, relevance and timeliness of policy decision-making. Finally, this thesis offers some recommendations about development pattern and development strategies of current Cloud Computing Economy to Jiangsu Province through the use of the two methods above can make the paper be more practical.
