With the deepening of economic globalization and world economic integration, companies from all over the world accelerate the international development and want to be able to have a place in the international market. These years Chinese electronic information enterprises grow rapidly and enhance international competitiveness, and play more important role to the national economy. In the current background, in order to realize own industrial upgrading and seek long-term development, international strategy has become the inevitable choice for electronic information enterprises.Research on the relation between internationalization of Chinese electronic information enterprises and business performance is of great significance to guide the enterprise internationalization development strategy. According to the related literature review, author found there was few relative research carried out in developing countries’ electronic information enterprises and the existing research concluded differently. The research purpose is to analyze the relation of electronic information enterprises internationalization and business performance from the theoretical and empirical aspects, and put forward reasonable suggestions. Firstly this paper made discussion on the concepts and theories about corporate internationalization as well as performance, and also summarized the research about internationalization and performance that has been done both at home and abroad; Using data, charts and cases to analyze the current situation of Chinese electronic information industry as well as the degree of internationalization; finally the paper selected 121 electronic information manufacturing enterprises as research samples listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market, and carries out the descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, at last got the following conclusion.(1)There is an u-shaped model between electronic information enterprises internationalization and business performance;The turning point is 51.5%, which shows enterprises must achieve a high level of internationalization to get a positive impact on performance.(2) The enterprise growth ability and technical advantage have significant positive effect on business performance, the more stronger enterprise growth, the more spending on research and development, the higher return on sales.(3) Marketing advantage is another factor influencing the performance of business, but has not been fully validated in the sample data, which means enterprise marketing ability has no obvious relation to return on sales.
