| Chiefly generated by overmuch emission of carbon dioxide, Global warming, one of most serious environmental problems, threatens countries around the world in increasingly severe effect. In order to control and reduce the temperature of earth’s surface, the world societies should work together with inescapable responsibilities for the problem solving, mainly by means of Inhibition of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emission speed. Basis and premise for controlling the growth rate of carbon dioxide emission are the study of influence factors of carbon dioxide emission.The ultimate goal is to get emission reduction measures for influence factors of a specific area or industry. The Chinese government has repeatedly put forward the target to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 40% to 50% until 2050. Shandong as a big province of the country’s economic growth and energy consumption, consumes more than 10% of the country’s energy resources, with contributing to economic growth in China. Coal and oil which are the major in energy consumption structure of Shandong province, generate large carbon emissions. With the rapid development of economy, simplistic depends on oil, coal and other industrial energy consumption which leads to increasing carbon emission of Dongying. Especially in the great industrial sectors which energy consumption accounts for a large proportion, carbon emission is rising very fast in recent years.Through the estimation and analysis of the total energy consumption, the growth rate of energy consumption and carbon emission in industrial sectors of Dongying from 2002 to 2012, this article firstly concludes carbon emission current situation of Dongying industrial sectors. Then based on the fundamental equation of the carbon emission, decomposition model of it in Dongying industrial sectors is set up, by using the logarithmic average di’s index decomposition method(LMDI).Also this article analyzes scale effect, structure effect and intensity effect of carbon emission in the industrial sectors,by using industrial related data of Dongying in recent 10 years at the industry level and energy level. Some formative data graphics are concluded and analyzed. Through analysis, this paper’s main conclusion is: 2002-2012, the inhibitoryof carbon emission in Dongying industrial sectors mainly comes from the improvement of energy efficiency, and the dynamic function mainly comes from the rapid development of economy which leads to the enlargement of the scale of production, however the adjustment of energy structure of Dongying hardly have any influence for inhibitory of carbon emission in industrial sectors. There is still a lot of space where we can do better. Structural adjustment of mining industry had a good effect on carbon emission inhibitory, but structural adjustment of manufacturing give rise to carbon emission growth. So adjustment of industrial structure is still needed.The energy structure of Dongying gives priority to oil and coal without any essential changes. Therefore, energy efficiency and energy structure for inhibition of carbon emission barely offset the promoting function of rapid economic growth.All in all, on the basis of above analysis, this paper builds low carbon economic development path for Dongying from carbon source to carbon sink. Mainly through economic operation process of Dongying, the use of technology innovation and system innovation promotes low carbon energy, encourages enterprises and residents’ production and living in low carbon emission, and disposes of emission of carbon dioxide by carbon sequestration technology. |
