With the speedy development of the auto industry and the extensive stretch of highway network in China,the tire industry welcomes an ever prosperous time.The China market has become the fastest growing land on the world map.As one young member of tire industry, XX Tire Enterprise has obtained the good market result,but we also discover some problems.The thesis starts from a brief delineation on related theories and studies, on the marketing subject,and then goes thorough PEST analysis to the environment that tire industry runs around and five forces analysis to the competition intensity,and followed with a complete SWOT analysis according to the practical situation of XX Tire Enterprise.Finally, the thesis conducts an in—depth analysis towards the company’s product,price,channel and promotion strategies based on the 4Ps theory, and in addition provides improvement suggestions to the underlying problems.
