The Synthetic Evaluation And Analysis Of Land Use Administration Situation In Northwest China Based On The RSR And PCA

Analysis of land use administration situation is one of the most important job in Supervisor Of State Land, which uses a combined method with qualitative and quantitative analysis, to research the land use administration situation in one area and a period of time, to analyze their traits, trends, issues and causes. This paper is based on a project that signed by Chang’an University and Xi’an Bureau Of Stata Land Supervision. In order to offer a propagable method and make the land use administration situation analysis job better, this paper makes a beneficial exploration. And the results of research are summarized as follows.1. This paper introduces the background and indexes of land use administration situation analysis job. It expounds the using situation of the indexes date and the status of this job. And it introduces the theory of relevant date handing methods.2. It analyzes and assesses the integrity of yearly indexes date. And it makes a target system of evaluating this land use administration situation standards, then it calculates the indexes date.3. Using Rank-sum ratio and Principal component analysis to process yearly date of all observation points, this paper contrasts and evaluates the result of this two analyzes methods.One the basis of comprehensive analysis, this paper draws conclusions below.1. Using RSR analysis and Principal component analysis can completely evaluate and analyze the land use administration situation of northwest China. The results of two evaluation methods and the have a high consistency, and the results are roughly the same with the reality of land use administration.2. Using RSR analysis and Principal component analysis to process the date of the land use administration improves the deficiency of existing methods. And it can discover the information of original data, and it can preferably reflect the situation and variation of land use administration.3. In recent years, the land use administration situation standards of every observation point in northwest are uneven and different. Most of the worse observation points are distributed in Shaanxi and Gansu Province. And most of the better ones are distributed in Xinjiang Province and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. And the land use administration situation of northwest China shows a tendency of improved year by year.4. Based on the result of comprehensive ranking, the worse observation points of land use administration could be regarded as the job focus of land supervision and situation analysis. And the result also could be regarded as a reference for changing the observation points.
