Internet Financial Development Present Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Research In China

With the continuous development of the Internet information technology, the permeation of traditional industry is also deepening. Internet financial is the inevitable result of Internet technology permeation as well as the financial system reformation in our country, and it is known as the greatest pioneering work of financial industry in China at the beginning of the 21 st century. Although the Internet financial contribute to reduce the transaction cost, strengthen capital liquidity, expand the transaction boundary and improve the efficiency of resource allocation, various risks with the accompanying threat to the stability of financial markets seriously, so it is necessary to research of the Internet financial. The methods used for this paper is literature research, historical analysis, statistical analysis and combining theory with practice. Internet finance’s development environment in China have a clearer understanding by tidying a large number of related research literature and legal policy, which contribute to grasp the development trends and the present situation of Internet financial in China accurately,analysis existing problems in the process of China’s Internet financial development profoundly and put forward the countermeasures to the Internet financial healthy development.This paper is divided into six parts chiefly. The first part of this paper is the research background about Internet financial, domestic and international Internet financial research literature review, research significance, research ideas and methods as well as the innovation of the article may be. The second part analyzes the definition,characteristic and the related theory. In third part, summarizes China’s Internet financial development history, existing China’s Internet financial typical forms and its current situation. In fourth part, the Internet financial problems existing in the development process in China was summarized. The research suggests that Internet financial in thedevelopment process is short of laws and regulations, the regulatory system is not sound,as well as outstanding technical risk and business risk. And this part also analyze the cause of problem. The research argue that the cause of problem is its lately and quickly,enterprises in this industry is not ability to cope with risks, reference check does not reach the designated position, and the lack of professional talents. The fifth part put forward the corresponding countermeasure aiming at the Internet financial problems.Research suggests that Internet financial healthy and orderly must be guided by inclusive financial, encouraging innovation and appropriate regulation to deal with the various impact and challenge. First of all, the government should actively formulate relevant laws and improve the regulatory system; Secondly should establish perfect Internet financial business management system to improve resistance of the business risk; Thirdly should structure Internet financial security system to reduce technology risk; Finally should cultivate Internet financial professionals to increase the talent pool.
