The Development Status And Countermeasures Of “Internet+Agriculture” In Huiyang District

Through the application of internet technology and from all aspects of production, management, sales, "Internet + agriculture" completely upgrades the chain of traditional agriculture, and achieves the change of agricultural structure, and the efficiency of resource utilizing improvement. "Internet + agriculture" rapidly develops into a new Internet agriculture to overcome the shortcomings of traditional agriculture.However, as a present actual situation in our country, "Internet + agriculture" is still in its infancy, and has many problems and difficulties in the process of development. This paper presents field research and methods of comparative analysis in-depth analysis of existing problems and restricting factors based on the development of investigation of "Internet + agriculture" in Huiyang District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. Finally,a healthy and orderly development suggestion is put forward.(1)The survey to current condition of "Internet + agriculture" in Huiyang shows it focus on accelerating the development of modern agriculture, steady development of the rural economy, readjusting structure continually, incessant improvement of the infrastructure, a vigorous development of business entity, continuous improvement of science and technology, steady rise of mechanization level, speeding up the intensive-information process, perfecting agricultural products quality inspection system,exhibiting Electronic Commerce promising perspective.(2)There are many major factors that affect "Internet + agriculture" development:agricultural inputs have yet to be strengthened, the Internet infrastructure is relatively weak, the quality of peasant household is low, rural areas lack of access to information,small farmers lack of platform to dock large market, agricultural business entity can not give full play of it, agricultural products logistics’ development is lagging behind,agricultural products are lack of uniform standards, and so on.(3)The suggestions about improving health and ordered development of "Internet +agriculture" in Huiyang: to play the government’s leading role, to actively promote the development of agricultural business entity, to build wisdom agriculture by extensive application of internet technology, to develop agricultural products electronic business, to establish a comprehensive system of quality standards, to improve service level of agricultural information, To speed up the training of new type farmers.
