The Research On The Self-help Package Box Distribution And Service Optimization In C Company

The rapid development of electronic commerce has increased express business in recent years. But the the increase rate of employees is far behind than that of mails, which caused delaying delivery and lower quality. Some cases showed that Self-help Package Box(SPB) can shorten delivery time. In order to avoid useless reconnaissance and construction, enhance the deliverability, this paper researched on SPB distribution optimization, and optimized the delivery service. Using the delivery addresses data providing by C Company, applying GIS software interfaces, this paper gave out a linear programming model of SPB distribution and solved by using the evolvable particle swarm optimization algorithm in multi-steps. In solving the model, Integer coding method was applying to depict the walking path, and easily mapping to the model solution space. Giving the particular area and the number of mails, the model can compute the credible SPB locations and describe the relationship between the number of SPB, the number of delivers, delivery frequency and the deliver time. And the model can work out the price of delivery service also. The innovation of this research proposed SPB layout method, which can optimize the delivery resources. The separation of the express mail delivery network and the ordinary mail delivery network is realized and the scheme of the social sharing of the SPB is given, which provides a basis for the improvement of the social delivery service ability.
