The mobile phone fraction of coverage is climbing up with the rapid development of communications and mobile Internet technology in the past years. In addition, as the skill and efficiency of mobile phone manufacture are improved, the replacement cycles of mobile phone is getting shorter. Furthermore, large number of people have more than 2 smart phones among the people who do use mobile phone. So increasing amounts of mobile phone and obsolete quantity has brought great challenge to the environment and resources. In this case, the mobile phone recycling become the consensus of the public and various production companies naturally.Briefly summary and evaluation is carried out in this paper after consulting and reviewing many relevant research literatures about reverse logistics and Online to Offline Model.Secondly, this paper describes the characteristics and the actuality of obsoleted mobile phone recycling model(including online and offline model) of A company in the Internet era, presenting three sorts of existing Online to Offline recycling models of the company, which are the mobile phone manufacturers O2 O recycling mode(MR mode), the network distributor O2 O cycling mode(DR mode) and third-party O2 O recyclers recycling mode(TPR mode). Moreover, various influence factors, such as obsoleted mobile phone recycling price, vendor recycling cost, the recycling amount and recyclability rate of obsoleted mobile phone have been taken into consideration in this paper. Finally, we construct the mathematical models about these three sorts of O2 O recycling models.Furthermore, we find optimal solutions of various indexes respectively under three different sorts of O2 O recycling models through qualitative and quantitative research methods. The comparison and analysis among these optimal solutions are made. And then gets the result of the optimal O2 O recycling model of A company, providing significant theoretical basis for A company in obsoleted mobile phone recycling practice.In addition, utilizing relevant data and information of X-type mobile phone recycling of A company, we simulate and verify various indexes under three sorts of different O2 O recycling models. We get the optimal O2 O recycling model of A company obsoleted mobile phone—the manufacturers O2 O recycling mode that provides significant theoretical and practical guidance for A company in obsoleted mobile phone recycling practice.Finally, it describes the research conclusions and deficiencies in this article, and points out the direction for further study in future. |
