| Through the field investigation, at first, this paper analyses the internal conditions and external environment for the development of e-commerce : the study finds that superiority conditions such as rich agricultural product resources can provide bearing strength for the development of e-commerce, at the same time, disadvantage conditions such as complicated and contradicted geographical environment cause pressure to the development of e-commerce. And the“1000 counties and 10000 villages†and “taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation†offer external positive opportunities.Developing e-commerce is regarded as a regional development strategy by Longnan Government. It becomes the motivity of the development of e-commerce in Longnan. Secondly, this paper takes the development of e-commerce in Cheng County as a typical case, because it starts early. The study analyses the time line, power, industrial structure,organization structure,the effects and problems of the e-commerce.In addition, the paper discusses the new mode of combining e-commerce and poverty alleviation in Cheng County. Once more,based on the case study of Cheng County, the author generalizes the “Longnan phenomenonâ€,then analyses and abstracts the diffusion of innovations of the “Longnan modeâ€.This paper draws a conclusion that innovation of Longnan Government,advantages of e-commerce,efforts of innovative agents, promotion of new media and market operation make great differences to the success of “Longnan modeâ€. The research raises some questions about talent, product,logistics and attempts to make some suggestions. In addition, it investigates the feasibility of introducing commercial factors into rural information, and how the e-commerce brings out the inclusive growth, which are the innovations of this paper. |
