In recent years, although most of the vehicle use fuel, the natural gas and charging cars are becoming more and more. The number of gas station construction has decreased, but construction speed of L-CNG filling station and charging station has accelerated. Under the circumstance, as the first brand of China refueling machine,since 2013, Censtar kept the fuel dispenser as main business and actively enlarged the natural gas and charging equipment business.Starting from the introduction of the basic theory of marketing strategy, then the environment of marketing analysis.Combing with Censtar’s marketing environment analysis and the Censtar’s strategic goal,the author finds Censatr’s difficulties in the development.Surrounding the fuel dispenser,natural gas and charging of the three major industries and according to different industries and different markets,the author use SWOT theory and puts forward Censtar’s marketing strategies: business growth strategy,target market strategy, competitive strategy and marketing strategy selection under the same target market(Choose according to different products in different market position).Based on the analysis from product, price, place,and promotion, the author analysis through different perspectives and points out the operation of marketing strategy. Finally, the author made a system design to implement and control the Censtar marketing strategy. I sincerely hope the research conclusion of this paper could provide instruction for marketing strategy formulation and adjustment of Censtar and the reference for the same type of enterprises.
