| With the new urbanization construction land demand rising, it will lead to rural(especially suburban rural) land resources continue to add value, awareness of farmers get substantial benefits through the transfer of land will be excited, needs of land use rights trading will continue to increase, and promote a new round of land transfer. New urbanization can not avoid land transfer, while the former continue to promote the latter, the two are interdependent and mutually reinforcing. Under the Background of the new urbanization how to promote orderly transfer of rural land it is very important.In this paper, the transfer of rural land in Suzhou area for the study, in research scholars from home and abroad, combined with the basic situation of land transfer Suzhou District,exploring the characteristics of rural land circulation area, circulation pattern,analysis of a comprehensive analysis of the Suzhou district land transfer problems, and analyze the impact of famers, transfer willingness through establishment of logistic model,found that factors that influence the land transfer in Suzhou District are: the number of labor force in farmer family, the main source of income, land transfer price, dispute resolution, social welfare, government support and other factors.Finally, for the actual situation, combined with the actual economic and social development in Suzhou District, put forward specific policy recommendations to promote the transfer of rural land in Suzhou area. Suzhou District government should develop land circulation intermediary organizations, cultivating rural land circulation market, perfect the rural social security system, Suzhou District government must increase support for land circulation and policy advocacy. |
