Research On Cooperation In Cross-border Industrial Chain Of Energy Between China And Central Asian Countries

China and Central Asian countries play an important role in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Zone, while energy cooperation is among the top priorities in this construction process.China and Central Asian are next to each other geographically. There is a great space for cooperation, no matter from the economic structure, resource endowments or geopolitical advantages. Actively promoting the energy cooperation between China and Central Asian countries to transform from simple supply-demand relation to the whole industry chain cooperation is of great significance to ease the tension of domestic energy market, to transfer excess capacity, and to adjust the industrial structure of energy resources.This paper is divided into seven parts and mainly studies the current situation, motivation,model and safeguard mechanism of energy industry cooperation between China and Central Asian countries. The first part is introduction, mainly introduces the research background and significance, literature review, research ideas and methods as, the possible innovation points and difficulties in this paper. The second part is the theory review, mainly including energy economy theory, international cooperation theory, industrial chain theory and the analysis of the theory of cross-border cooperation in the industry of energy. The third part analyzes the present situation and problems of energy industry cooperation between China and Central Asian countries in detail.The fourth part analyzes the reason of energy cooperation from energy market and energy trade.The fifth part put forward the China and central Asian countries energy cross-border industrial chain cooperation mode and application fields. The sixth part mainly analyzes the energy industry chain enterprises behavior in the process of cross-border cooperation. Last but not least, the seventh part put forward the safeguard mechanism of energy cross-border cooperation between China and Central Asian countries.
