Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Hubei Indusrial Development Environment Based On The Third Industrial Revolution

In recent years, “the third industrial revolution”is a vocabulary which frequently appears in the domain of economy, science and technology and social lives.The American scholar,Jeremy Rifkin’s work, The third industrial revolution- how the new economic model changes the world has been published into a Chinese version, in which has comprehensively analyzed the global influence of the third industrial revolution, Jeremy points out that the Internet, new energy and 3D printing technology now are the leaders of “The third industrial revolution”. Paul mackey’s the third industrial revolution: manufacturing industry and innovation, in the same year, has described the profound change on manufacturing industry brought by technological change- digitized manufacturing technology, which has made “the third industrial revolution”becomes a well-known vocabulary in Chinese economic circles.Throughout the first and second industrial revolution in the history, the two revolutions both have brought great technical and economic revolutions and have breathtakingly changed the societies of that time, they not only have improved the labor productivity, changed the production mode, but also have thoroughly changed people’s lifestyles. The great innovation and fusion of digitized manufacturing technology, Internet technology and the renewable energy technology represent the third industrial revolution, and therefore, they lead the process of significant innovation on industry, property and even society. This kind of process will promote the birth and development of emerging industries and facilitate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.This paper set the environment optimization strategies of Hubei’s industrial development that based on the third industrial revolution, as the research theme, firstly under the analysis of technique evolution of each industrial revolutions,to make newest definitions on “the third industrial revolutions”, later on introduces some relative theories of industrial environments, and through analyzing and researching the enterprises that under the features of the third industrial revolutions of Hubei province, to further analyzes the developing trend of Hubei industrial environment under the third industrial revolutions, reflects the current developing situations of Hubei enterprises under the influence of the third industrial revolutions, analyzes the faced challenges behind the current situations, and finally, comes up with some corresponding strategy suggestions for optimizing Hubei industrial environment and coping with the third industrial revolutions, as well as to provide some advises for the development and transformation of economy and society.
