With the increasingly fierce competition in the financial market, commercial banks are facing the reform and development, the concept of "team" has been widely used in commercial banks.Commercial banks pay more attention to the construction and optimization of the whole team management, seeking to establish and develop a high maturity team in an unstable market environment.More and more scholars and entrepreneurs also believe that mature team management is the basis for building a high performance team, which also put forward the needs and requirements of the continuous improvement of the team management ability.Thus, according to the current situation of commercial bank team management,this paper combining the maturity theory and team management, put forward the concept of commercial bank team management maturity.Through constructing the evaluation system of the team management maturity of commercial banks, the maturity of team management is evaluated,and the maturity level is judged.Based on the above, the measures of improving team management are put forward.At first, this paper summarizes the research status of maturity model and team management, and puts forward that the research on the maturity of the team management is less and not perfect. From the perspective of commercial banks, this paper puts forward the construction of the team management maturity evaluation system.Then, it analyzes the present situation of China’s commercial banks and the problems of the management of the bank team, as well as the necessity of applying maturity theory to the team management of commercial banks, determining the maturity of human resource management theory as the theoretical basis for theresearch of the team management maturity of commercial banks.Next, clearing the evaluation index and determining index weigh, the evaluation system of the team management maturity of commercial banks is established. According to the requirements of high maturity, the improvement measures of the team management of commercial banks are put forward.Finally, the commercial bank team management maturity evaluation is applied to the Qingdao branch of Minsheng Bank, to make an empirical analysis. The validity of the evaluation system was verified by the data collected, which used the method of questionnaire survey.And according to the evaluation results, the author put forward improvement suggestions for the organization.
