Recently, Beijing appeared a wide range of fog and haze for a few weeks, which can be seen a seriously environmental pollution. China’s electronic waste pollution has become an important environmental problem, which should be pay attention to. Although the pilot work has been carried out in some cities in our country, the effect is not obvious. The main reason is the poor supply of electronic waste. And consumers as a source of waste, the direct impact on the recovery of the supply, the role of the recycling system have become more and more prominently. In order to find the factors which affect consumers’ participation in the recycling of waste household appliances, the paper will to identify the relevant factors through the questionnaire survey method. In the Savaskan supply chain model based on the introduction of influencing factors, by comparing the recovery rate and supply chain profits to find a better way to recover. According to the data of the structural equation of the corresponding adjustment, finally get the impact of consumers involved in the recycling of waste home appliances. Reasearch the affect of the consumer participation behavior of waste household appliances factors to form variable substitution of supply chain models, model to compute the recovery rate and all participant profit, to find the optimal way to recovery.Based on the above background, this article through the research to understand the domestic and foreign related literature, found the consumer to the recycling of waste home appliances, the theoretical basis of influencing factors-- the theory of planned behavior.Through two network platform to collect questionnaire and model analysis, get the final conclusion is, best in cash to consumers given economic incentives, consumer is willing to accept the ideal recovery from 500 to 1000 meters, the ideal recovery time for 30-60 minutes, so recycling business can be in the consumer in the dense set up recycling fixed points; according to the closed-loop supply chain model calculation, it is found that, by retailers for recycling is the best way to recovery, not only recycling rate has increased, and the supply chain as a whole to maximize profits.
