The Research On The Development Of The Tourism Industry Of Cheng Qin Tang District

The area of Cheng Qin Tang is the most concentrated area of tourism resources in Hebei province, and the pace of regional tourism cooperation has begun. Although the active area of cooperation is limited to the source of cooperation, but the results were significant. With the sustained development of the three places, expanding cooperation and achieving higher levels of cooperation is the only way for the development of the tourism industry, which is in line with the three economic and social development of the inevitable trend, but also in line with the overall requirements of the strategic deployment of the tourism industry in Hebei province. The factors such as geographical location, transportation network, tourism resources and other factors are the basis for the development of the tourism industry in the three cities, while the Hebei economic transfer mode, the depth of the adjustment structure and the competition pressure of the adjacent Beijing and Tianjin are also forced to achieve industrial cooperation in the tourism industry.Based on the analysis of the theory and mode of regional tourism cooperation, this paper puts forward the model of the cooperation development of the tourism industry in the period of four stages, namely, the government leading mode in preliminary stage, the government driven mode in transition stage, the market leading mode in growth stage, and the industry guidance mode in maturation stage. At present, the cooperation and development of tourism industry of Cheng Qin Tang is still in the preliminary stage of the government leading mode, and further development of policy recommendations in accordance with the proposed policy, will enter the transition stage of cooperation in the government driven mode. Then this paper summarized the cooperation condition and development status of Cheng Qin Tang tourism industry, and find that there are many problems. For example: the different development progress, low level, lack of overall brand building, product industry chain is not perfect, the product has not been market test etc. Aiming at the current problems, this paper gives seven macro policy suggestions: to broaden the areas of cooperation, enhance the level of cooperation, to further strengthen the overall brand building, unified planning and construction of tourist attractions, cultivating excellent domestic tour wholesaler and domestic tour operator, build "wisdom tourism network", refine product line, improve operability, build tourism security system.This research mainly adopts literature research, theoretical analysis and real evidence research method, and has carried on the investigation to the three cities of Chengde, Qinhuangdao and Tangshan cities. The research on the development of the tourism cooperation of Cheng Qin Tang has a strong practical significance. It has a certain reference value for other regions and cities, and also has a certain reference value for the study of regional tourism cooperation.
