Study On The Improvement Of Operation Analysis Of ZGD Bank’s Business Department

Operation analysis is a significant aspect of enterprise financial management for it can reflect the present situation of enterprise business, assist in finding out the problems in business, analyze the reason for the problems and put forward corresponding solutions. However, the operation analysis of the Business Department of ZGD Bank was all about data itself. As a result, it couldn’t satisfy the need of management decision. This article started from the practical problem occurred in the Business Department’s business analysis and tried to improve its business analysis so as to satisfy the need of management decision. Consequently, this article followed the train of thought of “present situation-problems-reasons-solutions” and the study is as followed:Firstly, elaborate the characteristic of the Business Department’s business and the present situation of its business analysis as the fundament of finding out and analyzing the problems. Secondly, according to the present situation of the Business Department’s business analysis, put forward the existing problems and analyze the reason for the problems. Thirdly, put forward the corresponding solutions of improvement to the problems. Lastly, evaluate the effect of improvement by comparative analysis and formulation of comprehensive evaluation scheme.The results of the study showed that because of the reformation, the Business Department of ZGD Bank is different from other branches of banks and the current business analysis does not go far enough. By analyzing the usefulness of its operation analysis and deep interview with the staff, the operation analysis of the Business Department contains problems of two aspects: the contents and the reporting. The reason for the problems is mainly because of the unclear train of thought and the difficult points in analyzing. This article put forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems. For the contents, deepened the depth and broadened the extent of analysis, added the non-financial analysis and deepened the depth of financial analysis by combing the completed progress of each team and the customer information with the analysis. For the reporting, improved the structure of the analysis report to make it more logical and improved the way of presenting the data to reflect the information needed by the management in a clearer and more visual way so as to enhance the readability of the analysis report.The meaning of the study is that it improved the business analysis aiming at the problems so as to satisfy the need of management and solve the practical problems existing in the business analysis of ZGD Bank’s Business Department. Meanwhile, the study can be referred by other bank branches in business analysis. It can also provide reference for the subsidiary bank in formulating the evaluation indicators.
