In recent years,with convenient transportation and good policy that Guangzhou and Foshan was treated as one city, the Real esta te, shopping mall, hotel and Infrastructure of Foshan City develop fast. So the dem and of elevators increases quickly. All gran d international elevator company and local ones com pete fiercely to get more m arket share at Foshan. S elevator is one of the biggest elevator company, also has its branch at Foshan. Lack of overall analysis and effectiv e planning, the market share of S elevator Foshan branch was poor, the sales was low efficiency.
