Research On Supply Chain Operation Risk For Aerospace Manufacture Corporation During International Transfer Period

With the start of the C919 project, Chinese civil aviation industry has gradually shifted from the traditional state-owned enterprises monopoly to open market. The multinational aviation manufacturing enterprises are transferring related products from North America and Europe to China rapidly. But at the same time the aviation manufacturing industry has a series of high risks just as high technical and quality requirements, the high demand for funds and long product life cycle.In this paper, according to the multinational aerospace manufacturing corporation globalization transfer mode, based on the IPLC and ANP method, the global integrated supply chain risks were analyzed and assessed. The main contents and results are as follows.The basic development of the international aviation industry was summarized. According to the past researches, the main supply chain risks were identified. Using the IPLC theory, the multinational aviation manufacturing corporation globalization operational risks were classified, different levels corporations should use different options of the supply chain strategy.The paper defined the multinational aviation manufacturing corporation global integrated supply chain operation mode, including the manufacturing transfer mode and procurement transfer mode. The corporation’s decisions should be based on the follow stages: strategy input, feasibility, scope of the project, stage and project approval. It will consider quality, technology, procurement, cost, operation and other factors. For specific transfer process, different levels enterprises should use different tactical executions.Using ANP model, the risk assessment system of integrated supply chain and risk control was built. At the same time the risk control methods were proposed. Using company A, project W case, the international asrespace corporation supply chain operation risks were identified, analyzed and controlled.
