A Research On Micro Enterprise Growth Management In Shimen Town Jiangjin Distract Of Chongqing

With the further development of market economy, micro enterprises grow quickly because of their clarity of property rights, low entry conditions and flexible operation, which plays an important role in shaking off poverty, expanding employment, cultivating entrepreneurs, and promoting economic development. In recent years, our country and governments at all levels have issued preferential policies to encourage and support micro enterprises. However, micro enterprise development in china is far lower than the average European and American countries with an average life span of only 2 to 3 years. Therefore, this paper tries to explore the growth management of micro enterprises in Jiangjin in order to find the problems and reasons and put forward countermeasures to promote their healthy growth.With regard to the status of micro enterprises, I looked up a lot of miniature enterprise growth management research literature’s home and abroad, made questionnaire and gain the first-hand survey data by making investigation for168 micro enterprises in Shimen Town and having interviews with the civil servants in charge of the miniature enterprise growth management and enterprise owners in municipal demonstration village Lijia Village. According to the survey and research achievements of predecessors, I have a fully understanding of the basic status,development, growth management status and problems existing in micro enterprises in Shimen Town, and make analysis of the problems from the ideology, macro policy, enterprise finance and cultural building of the micro enterprises.After investigation, the writer found that the status of micro enterprise can’t simply be solved by strengthening measures of one-sides but by giving suggestions from the point of systematic methodology. This paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of micro enterprise growth management in Jiangjin from the four aspects of micro enterprise own practice, further perfection of government policies and regulations, establishment and improvement of the financing environment, reduction the cost of financing and strengthening the construction of enterprise culture and folk organizations involvement. In short, to do a better job, the government must be further perfecting the market economy environment, guide the financial markets from the system for micro enterprises, set up and improve the financing channels in order to seek effective way of micro enterprises development policy support. On the other hand the micro business owners must further transform the way of thinking, change the idea, set up and improve the company governance system, improve their own quality, develop a micro entrepreneurial culture of Chongqing.The research of this paper, on the one hand, is able to provides guidance to miniature enterprise growth management practice in Shimen Town of Jianghjin Distract and help them get out of the predicament; On the other hand, in theory, the research results of scholars at home and abroad can be further applied to the miniature enterprise growth management study in Shimen Town, which has positive realistic and theoretical significance.
