With the development of society, economy and information technology, the need of business support functions, environmental features and service functions of building materials industry prompt the development of building materials industry.Currently, facing the low threshold of building materials industry, the highly competitive situation, we must transformed and innovate to fit with the enviroment.Lanzhou Tonglida Trading Company as the industry’s leading solutions provider,the company is facing the biggest challenge since established. Lanzhou Tonglida Trading Company must select a good way for its long development.Based on current management practices and difficulties of the company,combining with theoretical knowledge, I want to research marketing strategy of Lanzhou Tonglida Trading Company. First,raised the issue of the Institute to study,and describes the background and significance of research explores the current status of research, the research framework. On this basis, we combed and marketing theory development context. Second, analyzes and the status of the company’s building materials industry, in turn analyzed: domestic building materials industry; Northwest or within a smaller range of Lanzhou and the surrounding markets; he company’s advantages and disadvantages are analyzed through internal and customer and people in the same industry. Third, in the marketing process TPS(market segmentation,target market selection, product positioning) of the company’s market positioning and select the target market segments, followed to 4C marketing theory as a framework,from consumer demand strategy, cost strategy, policy and communication strategy to put formard the marketing and sales strateges. As well as for the company’s development of guidance for other SMEs in the same industry have reference.
