With the further development of the domestic market, enterprises are facing the full range of multi-level talent competition, the competition for the core talent further intensified. Faced with such the grim situation, how to retain the talent and better play their initiative has become the current problem. Therefore, it is necessary to study the job satisfaction of the employee and improve their performance for the enterprises.This study is to explore the relationship between the perceived organizational support, job satisfaction and job performance from the perspective of organizational and individual level. First of all, review the domestic and foreign literature articles on the definition of relevant research variables. Secondly this review found that the existing studies focus on the organizational level variables influence on the job satisfaction, lack of the individual level variables such as work ethic. In addition, the relationship between job satisfaction and job performance needed to be further discussed. And then to explore the perceived organizational support on the job satisfaction and job performance, and discuss the role of the work ethic and job satisfaction to provide the corresponding theoretical basis for empirical research.425 grass-roots workers of A companies have been studied, to use the SPSS 17 and Amos 7 data analysis software for data analysis to verify the hypothesis of structural equation model. The results showed that: perceived organizational support has significant positive effect on job satisfaction and job performance; the different dimension of work ethic has significant regulation effect on the relationship between the perceived organizational support and the job satisfaction; job satisfaction plays the significant part of the intermediary role in the relationship between perceived organizational support and job performance.Based on the above conclusions, this study proposes the suggestions to improve the perceived organizational support, work ethic, job satisfaction and job performance of the grass-roots employees. This study indicate that improve the job satisfaction to enhance the job performance from the organizational and individual levels, especially pay attention to the difference of the perceived organizational support and the individual work ethic. To the certain extent, this study enriches and develops the viewpoint of the human resource management according to the integrated with the organizational level and personal level.
