The Research Of Adaptability Between Newly-Established Undergraduate Universities’ Major Setup And The Industrial Structure In Guizhou Province

According to the basic laws of education and Petty-Clark’s law, this study, based upon the current research achievements from domestic and overseas, with the means of literature research method and quantitative analysis method, to analyze the adaptability of the Newly-established Undergraduate Universities’(NUU for short in the following) major setup and the industrial structure in Guizhou province, wish the Guizhou NUU’s major setup could adapt the industrial structure consciously.Firstly, introduced and analyzed the development of industrial structure and NUU’s major setup of Gguizhou province. In terms of industrial structure, introduced and analyzed the development situation, current situation and future development trend of Guizhou province. Found the industrial structure deviation of Guizhou is large, a large number of surplus labor stranded in primary industry, the secondary industry and tertiary industry lack of labor.The labor market demand is the tertiary industry more than the secondary industry, and the secondary industry is more than the primary industry.In terms of NUU’s major setup, introduced and analyzed the development situation and current situation of Guizhou province.Found from 2010 to 2015, NUU’s major setup and recruit students for the primary industry and secondary industry was increasing in general, and NUU’s major setup and recruit students for the tertiary industry was decreasing year by year, in addition,the sum and the rate of NUU’s major setup reflected assimilation phenomenon.Secondly, analyzed the NUU’s major setup and industry construction of Guizhou province by combining, then found that Guizhou NUU’s major setup almostly adapted the primary industry, the scale of Guizhou NUU’s major setup and talent training was shortage for the secondary industry, and the scale of Guizhou NUU’s major setup and talent training for the tertiary industry was excess. According to this phenomenon, the study found many problems of Guizhou NUU’s major setup, such as small quantities of majors, low cover rates, assimilation, aimless, one-side, short-sight and lagging.At last, aiming at the problems of Guizhou NUU’s major setup, the study was trying to provide some suggestions and advices from the side of society, including government, enterprises and the public, and the said of college. All in all, The study want to assist Guizhou NUU to adapt the industry construction consciously when they setup major.
