In recent years, along with the sustainable and rapid development of China’s economy, the market price of labor rises sharply. The static quota labor price is mainly affected by the national policy, and there is a certain lag about its adjustment. The quota labor price is the main basis of project budget, and is also the bid price reference of construction enterprises, while market labor price is paid. Then, a big gap and misunderstanding exist between them, and the situation of the actual cost over the fixed labor costs results in loss of labor costs, which brings a series of chain reaction. Therefore, it is necessary that we analyze the current situation of construction and installation labor price and build a suitable pricing system for labor market from the composition and calculation. And the system is useful for formulating government policy and safeguarding the interests of participants.This paper clears the quota labor price and the market price basing on the investigation from structure, forms and adjustments. Based on the difference, the paper analyzes the compensation element of labor unit price of construction and installation engineering, through the analysis on compensation elements of the compensation theory. Then, the paper clearly defines the contents of the quota labor price and the market price from the view of salary theory. Next, it elaborates the calculation mode of all composition, and deduces the calculation formula of market labor price combined with the difference. Finally, the paper evolves the formula, getting another idea of calculating quota labor price, which realize the relationship quantification of the quota labor price and the market labor price. |
