Along with the development of economic market, the competition between the enterprises have to shift from the traditional physical products to service.The tourism enterprises as an important part in the service sector, to be in an impregnable position in the competition in the service must rely on the innovation in enterprise service, and the use of innovation in enterprise service can cultivate its competitive advantage. Because of the tourism enterprise innovation needed complexity and diversity of knowledge, this makes the tourism enterprises to transcend the boundary of the organization, with the upstream and downstream enterprises, peers, customers and other frequently establishing a relationship based on trust and lasting interaction network, to improve their ability of knowledge acquisition. Therefore, to establish and to maintain the relationship between the partners network, and to manage network effectively becomes the key to increasing the enterprise innovation performance.This study is based on relational embedding impact tourism enterprise innovation performance, and this proposition in knowledge acquisition is for mediation, through the empirical analysis to study the relationship between the three. This article has mainly carried on the five aspects of research. Firstly, by analyzing the basic theory and related research literature, the relationship between embedded, knowledge acquisition and innovation of tourism enterprises define the relevant concepts, lay a foundation for the establishment of the conceptual model. Secondly, after knowing the clear and the relevant concepts, on the basis of combing the relevant research we has established therelationship that the embedded, knowledge acquisition has a positive influence on tourism enterprise innovation performance, and embedded relation has a positive influence on knowledge acquisition, and knowledge acquisition in the relationship between embedded impact on tourism enterprise innovation performance has a mediatindrole assumptions, and we finish the establishment of a complete concept model. Thirdly, on the basis of the conceptual model, through the further research of the related literature, we measure the relationship between embedded, knowledge acquisition, tourism enterprise innovation performance and relevant variables, making questionnaire, through the investigation questionnaire obtaining 106 data of tourism enterprises.Fourly,we use the SPSS19.0 data measurement software to test the letter, validity, correlation analysis, a regression model about this hypothesis. Finally, we get the conclusion that the hypothesis above are right, but the relationship between embedded impact on tacit knowledge acquisition, explicit knowledge acquisition will have different influence on tourism enterprise innovation performance improvement, and then according to the above conclusion, we put forward to improve tourism enterprise innovation performance.The main contribution of this study is to introduce the relational embeddedness to tourism enterprise innovation performance, and to regard knowledge acquisition as a intervening variable, and to explore the influence of the relationship between them. The less involved in the related research. In this paper, to a certain extent, our study enrich the theory of enterprise knowledge, enterprise network theory, tourism enterprise innovation performance and so on, and the conclusion of this study as beneficial reference will promote the development of tourism enterprises.
