This paper describes some problems about service industry upgrade. Especially analysis the weakness of service industry, and take an example of retail to point out the significance and emergency of promoting quality, enhancing efficiency and upgrade of service industry; on the other hand, through analysis impact on service industry from “Online to Offline”, I conclude the unique of O2 Oas the same time I point that how O2 O support retail to “cut the cost and enhance efficiency”. I also try to give two examples to explain the core competitiveness of O2 O is based on networking and community, convenient, steady, and agility, to meet the need of people lived in a high speed development city. At the same time, as one of the important method to optimize the industrial structure and to increase the proportion of modern service industry, O2 O is becoming to show the irreplaceable role in economic transition of China.
