Study On Agricultural Modernization Of QianGuo Country

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy. The 18 th Fifth Plenary Session proposed that we need to vigorously promote agricultural modernization and accelerate the transformation of agricultural development pattern, in order to find a road to agricultural modernization emphasizing on high efficiency, product safety, resource conservation, and environmental friendliness. Accelerating the transformation of agricultural development pattern requires us to continuously consolidate the basis of agriculture stable development, stabilize the great trend of rural areas and the output of food and main farm product, and continuously increase farmers’ revenue. As for agriculture development, we need to stand firm to turn the pattern into a way which focused equally on quantity, quality, and efficiency, on competitiveness increase, on creativity and innovation of agricultural technique, and on sustainable intensive development. In the meantime, we should also deepen the reform in rural areas, improve policy to benefit peasant, complete price forming mechanism for agricultural products and agricultural subsidy method, and enhance the financial services. As for rural land, the government needs to complete the transferring policy of rural land managerial authority, work on registration of land contract management right, and perfect the open and normative land transferring market. As for peasants, a group of highly qualified professional farmers who are familiar with modern agriculture development need to be created by strengthening the professional training system and increasing the training quality.In this report,I will figure out the factor that restrict the development of Agricultural modernization and the problem faced during the process by analyzing present situation of agricultural modernization in QianGuo country. Then, I will raise measures and suggestions towards QianGuo country about the agriculture modernization construction, after combining domestic and international agricultural modernization experiences in developed areas.The report is divided into three sections. The first section introduces the basic concepts and characteristics of agricultural modernization. On the basis of domestic and international related research, I sort out Lewis’ s Dual Economic Theory, and Traditional Agriculture Transforming Theory in the first part. The second section mainly analyze the current situation of agricultural modernization in QianGuocountry. In this part, I find out the problem faced by QianGuo country during the process of agricultural modernization development, discuss the factors that restrict the development, including land transformation problem, poor comprehensive quality of farmers, and poor industrialization degree. The third section combines the experience of rapid development of agricultural modernization in areas such as USA, Japan, HeiLongjiang. Constructive suggestions of countermeasures such as increase to input of agriculture to protect agricultural resources, enhance the spread of agricultural technology to increase the overall quality of farmers, reform the land transferring system to realize the scale management, and accelerate development of agriculture demonstration area to promote industrialized agricultural operation are raised to QianGuo country.
