Problems And Countermeasures Of Chinaway Company In The Supply Chain

The booming development of automotive industry has brought great business opportunities to auto after market. The circulation of auto parts line has won more and more attention. While meeting the challenge of industry transformation, traditional auto parts dealers are encountering a lot of problems of supply chain management regarding business principles and modes. As major case study, this thesis provides integration solutions to the problems of Chinaway supply chain system after whole analyzing from every chief phases. This paper aims to enhance core competitiveness of Chinaway, to decrease or avoid potential risk in company operation and provide references for the industry, by the ways of supply chain optimization, transforming and improving of company operational efficiency.This paper studies the procurement, information flow, logistics, capital flow, internal management, sales and other aspects.This paper uses the case study method、investigation and interview method 、comparative research method、experience sum up method、system science method、literature research method to research supply chain problems of chinaway, according to the status of each link, find out the problems that exist, and then analyze the cause of the problem, form a solution to the problem, finally, the implementation of the program evaluation and risk conrrol.By summarizing research results, establishing intelligent transaction and information management systems, I figure out that the coordination of these systems improve capability of planning, organizing, collaborating and controlling in the company. The improvement solution to increase viscosity of the company, its suppliers and shareholders avoids interruption of supply chain and raises cooperation confidence. In the chapter of profit and cash flow capability improvement, I propose a concept of building enterprise value and solving the problem of cash flow and improving profit models. The optimization of supply chain is the collaborative process of every system, is mutual cooperation of each function and mutual supervision. To enhance flexibility in lasting operation and continuous improvement process will provide a positive force for the development of enterprises by ways and tools.
