With the deepening of the economic globalization and financial integration,Finance has been the core of modern economy, and plays a significant role in the process of establishing the socialist market economic system in our country. Good financial ecology is the important precondition for financial development, it can improve the efficiency of financial operation, optimize the allocation of financial resources, prevent and avoid financial risk, etc.Anhui province is the agricultural province in central China region, has a strategic position in the economic development of our country. But the development of economy and the financial situation is not optimistic, and the financial ecological construction is relatively backward. It has more or less problems and has influenced or hindered the sustainable development of its economy, Now the national economy growth is under an environment of downward,it is necessary to optimize the financial ecology in Anhui province and creates better conditions for its economic and financial development.This paper studies the basic theory of financial ecology, the definition of the concept of financial ecology, and teases out its composition and form. Second, understanding the basic situation of financial ecology in Anhui province and builds evaluation index system of financial ecological, using the factor analysis method for comprehensively evaluating the financial ecology level in Anhui province. Then,finding financial ecological problems in Anhui province. Finally, basing on this, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of optimizing the financial ecological construction in Anhui province.
